Becca is stern, hard-headed, and stubborn. Sometimes it's for the better, and sometimes it's for the worst. She tends to use diplomacy as a suggestion and threats of violence as a tool. Becca falls into a workaholic streak often, her businesses devouring her little social life.

Becca only rarely swings by Stem Island; her priority is much more set on expanding her bar enterprise in the outer galaxy. On the occasions she does come to her Gillsway location, she usually doesn't mingle with the locals and focuses on making sure everything is running smoothly.
HISTORY
Growing up in a prospering off-world with a booming economy, Becca found herself falling into the arms of a loving family. She was inspired by and took after her father's business-centered lifestyle. By the age of 20, the young Becca Raincutter opened up a pub with the help of Mr. Raincutter.
Inspired to go higher than any local had before, she found herself studying various other planets where she could settle bars. She had traveled to multiple nearby solar systems, establishing business there with the help of the intergalactic locals.
She found herself in Stem City after hearing about it from a Stem Ram whose ancestry had come from there. Arriving at the strange island, Becca quickly scoped in on the town of Gillsway. The city streets were either ruled by a greedy class or by citizens' family businesses that didn't want anything to do with giving their property away in a city where they already had so little.
Buying a shack for dirt cheap from an old man looking to retire, Becca quickly bought the necessary things to renovate it. Sadly, due to having to bounce between Stem Island and the outer universe frequently, it took her two years after purchasing to finally get to completing her big renovation plans. The bar had to survive off of the massive reserves left by the previous owner in the meantime. Thankfully, due to Gillsway's smaller population at the time, it was a long time until that was an issue.
Raincutter Pub was finally set in stone. A higher-quality building than most of Gillsway's others, it became a social hotspot.
She was visited by the ruler of Stem City, Blema Von Voldark, in disguise. Not looking for trouble from the dictator looming off the horizon, Becca begrudgingly made a deal that allowed Blema to stop business and freely purchase the highest-quality off-world drinks there whenever she desired.

Blema Von Voldark - A special arrangement was made between the two. Becca isn't too much of a fan of the way Blema operates.
Jest Clorentine - Becca could care less for what one of her more annoying patrons drunkenly rambles on about every night.
Norra - She pays Norra to act as a bouncer sometimes. She finds her amusing.
