Gwino is programmed to be an idol to all of Stem City's off-world citizens. Songs written by a team of Lawmen Type-3s, Gwino's songs color her as an icon that preaches hard work and determination in order to see the next day.
Other than that express purpose, she is not programmed with much character or intelligence. She has very shallow responses when she is not on stage. However, when attack mode is activated, she sheds all ounces of personality and becomes a cold and calculated killing machine.
Gwino's components are all stored in her head.
Mistress Gwino runs monthly shows that preach the morals of prioritizing work over fun and tolerance of mistreatment. Stem City gains massive tourism from this.
Built by Stem's Origin's Unnun in order to deal effectively with the Stem Slime terrorist, Imine Green. After successfully detaining Imine, Gwino was put into storage in The Complex.
In the later half of Lord Frie's rule over Stem City, protests comprised of immigrant off-worlders sparked: they wanted to make their own cities beyond Stem City's walls to escape the unlivable economy at the time. In an attempt to get them to stay within the confines of the city, Lord Frie had Gwino reprogrammed and redesigned to fit Stem City's more desperate and deviant tastes.
In XX786, The robotic idol of Mistress Gwino hit Stem City's streets. These monthly shows would propagandadize hard work and the toleration of "the game's rules."
This scheme barely worked on those that had been in Stem City for quite awhile, but the small number of tourists became entranced by her. Visitors went back home and told others about Gwino's marvelous singing and speeches.
She soon became a celebrity and icon of Stem City to off-worlds. Many off-worlders chose to move to Stem City due to the utopia that Gwino's exported songs painted it as.
Blema further redesigned Gwino to appeal to more audiences, with her song topics ranging from propaganda for Stem Island to actually cheery songs about loving friends and family. She was now a tool not only against their citizens but against the outer universe. If off-world companies pulled out of Stem City's Nexus, then Gwino would no longer export!
Every month, a massive number of temporary jobs are made for Stem City's citizens. This helps get the disgruntled populace by providing a large percentage of the homeless a job.
After Operation CHAINEDSLIME's failure in XX814, Blema decided against sending out Gwino to recapture Imine due to not wanting to accidentally reveal Gwino's original purpose as a weapon to the outer universe.
