DOC is friendly, selfless, and altruistic. She's incredibly lively and sociable, only frowning when she cannot do her job. She doesn't like when people put her on a pedestal, considering her equal to everybody.
DOC offers her services for free. All she asks from the people that she helps is to donate to her clinic when she requires medical resources; dozens of local off-worlders she's saved are taking small chunks out of their paychecks to give to her.
She's running her miracle clinic in southern Stem City with several nurses she's been tutoring.
Ever since she was born, she has always dreamed of learning about as many species as possible and being the most knowledgeable doctor in the outer universe. This dream was actually somewhat possible due to her species having a lifespan of up to two eons and having photographic memory.
DOC became a mythical doctor for several large off-world hospitals. The status caused people to treat her differently, something that made her deeply uncomfortable. So, coming to the fresh boiling pot of aliens known as Stem Island was a no-brainer for somebody of her talent and aspirations.
Immigrating to Stem City in XX302, DOC has seen it all. From the golden era of the Council of 12, to Ahsonov's tyranny, to personally patching up Shroom Shade terrorists, to the eventual UNITY ACT freeing herself and her peers from the law's grasp, Her optimistic attitude has never been bent by the oppression she faced. Whether it be surgeries, brewing her own medicine, or more psychological healing, DOC can do it.
In modern Stem City, her small southern clinic is hailed as a medical cure for all off-worlders. She has several nurses whom she teaches species specialization to in order to get through as many potential patients as possible.
