PERSONALITY
"Eyeguy" is a quiet man who lounges in his chair all day. He watches over the Under the Tower club in a seemingly apathetic disinterest; Under the Tower's boss holds no real passion for wealth, fame, or thrills, only making sure his underbosses are working properly.
At his core, he is fueled by a vengeful sense of justice against Stem Tower for having ruined his childhood. Spite and hatred keep him alive. This revengeful mindset is seen in those who try to take advantage of or terminate him.
TRIVIA
He is horribly disfigured due to years of botched assassinations and old age. Moving anymore than idly breathing is painful for him. Despite these facts, he is still deceptively strong and can easily crush bones.
"Eyeguy" has never tried any of the products his syndicate has sold.

He currently sits as the ruler of the Under the Tower syndicate. Though he often sits on a large couch at the center of its club, he will infrequently call for meetings with Under the Tower's most influentual members to get a pulse on their operations.
HISTORY
Being born at the tail end of the Era of External Expansion, "Eyeguy" went to a prestigous school under Professor Ahsonov Yacksin. His teacher was unfairly harsh and cruel toward him and his few friends. When the XX445 anti-off-worlder riots began and Mr. Ahsonov was publicly spearheading them, "Eyeguy" was deeply disturbed by seeing his abusive teacher's hateful actions.
It turned from extreme distaste to a vengeful flame when, during the riots, "Eyeguy"'s mother and father were targeted and killed by xenophobic Stem Rams.
As the XX450's Era of Ahsonov set in and Stem City tore the orphan from his home, "Eyeguy"'s blinding hatred for Ahsonov pushed him to a breaking point. XX455's NATIVE PRIORITY ACT was written into law, legally making it to where Stem Rams and Off-Worlders had different rights.
Talking with his friends, similarly mistreated and passionate off-worlders who had a bone to pick with the Stem Ram that now ruled over their city, "Eyeguy" proposed something to them: They work together and plant the seeds for dissent. It was at this moment that "Eyeguy" founded a crime underground group that would take many names.
Almost 400 years later, "Eyeguy" is the last one left and is still running their scheme under the name "Under the Tower". It isn't for profit, but to make sure an organized, dissenting group is read to steal the power vacuum that will be present when Ahsonov's Stem Tower falls. When the time comes, "Eyeguy" believes he will be the one to prop up Stem City back to what it used to be.

Tez Rullup - Third-in-command. Puts him in charge of Under the Tower's executive activities. "Eyeguy" thinks nothing more of him than another cog in his long-lived machination.
FFTTIIAA "Doc" IIPPLLBVBV XXI - "Eyeguy" has several life debts to the off-worlder doctor. If DOC is ever low on funds, "Eyeguy" will supply as many as required to restart her business. Ever since the first few years of "Eyeguy"'s crime ring, their dynamic has been this way.
