Mil'ee is a nice man with a good sense of family. He lives a simple, carefree life, getting by on his green thumb alone. The off-worlder feels no desire to leave his position for as long as he lives.
Mil'ee is a professional grass grower for one of Under the Tower's Felgood farms out in the Fungal Wastes. They're given food, water, and some entertainment by Under the Tower in exchange for crates of Felgood.
Teis Ztardum - The only Under the Tower high ranking official he's met. He thought her to be a tad strange due to her muteness.
Mil'ee was born into his family's unique business: They worked out in the dangerous Fungal Wastes for Under the Tower. They grew and cared for a small hive of Stem Slimes and the special grass required to produce Felgoods for them.
In XX814, he came across a small off-world device buried near their farm. The man took it inside and washed it, leaving it in one of their many sheds to gather dust. He was originally going to give it to Under the Tower, but forgot.
