Under the Tower's club is the largest hub for Stem City's dark underworld. In Stem City's Era of Chaos, it has been able to spread its twisted influence far further than it ever could before. Neon signs and holograms of sexualized figures dance throughout its dark confines.
Spotlights illuminate the always present owner of the underground club, "Eyeguy", as he lounges upon a luxurious couch located in the heart of the club. Several private rooms meant for degenerate activities are available to rent. The storage room is filled with boxes full of contraband goods, drugs, and weapons.
The reasons for coming to the shady Under the Tower club are plentiful, though the usual are: shady dealings between individuals, browsing for underground jobs that the club's owners want done, or getting drunk and jacking off.
It's currently overseen by the almost immobile "Eyeguy". Teis Ztardum is his second-in-command. She is the main manager of their routine economic operations and a beloved employee manager. Tez Rullup is the third-in-command. He is in charge of executive operations, ensuring the club's dealings in and out of the citygo smoothly. He bosses the bouncers around when they're not doing their job.
The club has dealt with Outlanders and native tribes from the moment Blema dropped the wall. Using hush-hush Nexus engineer connections forged decades ago in order to get information, the group has hired desperate Fungal Plains criminals and suffering native tribes to raid Stemrail cargo in exchange for food, water, and whatever other goodies they desire.
Under the Tower's club is one of several dark and criminal establishments that "Eyeguy" has established in the shadows over his centuries long life. Its sole purpose hasn't changed since he first began his black market businesses during the Era of Ahsonov. It is meant to thrive outside the eye of the oppressive Stem Tower. The only profits for the boss are to pay for filling his stomach. The rest go to his loyal workers and keeping whatever shady business front he's using at the time.
Drugs, prostitution, bounty hunting, kidnapping, sex trafficking, and assassination. If it was illegal, Under the Tower found themselves doing it.
When the Wall ACT dropped, Under the Tower was the first and only major group to start exploiting the situation.
Blema's UNRESTRICT ACT was a glorious time for the underworld club. Under the Tower, which already had supply chains in place for several of the now legalized markets, saw a huge increase in traffic. Drug obsessed, sex addicted, and irrationally violent criminals came together to fill up the seats of Under the Tower's club every day.
Their more immoral, deeply disturbing markets were still around, however.
A 17 year old Teis Ztardum, someone who had escaped from Under the Tower's sex trafficking ring, found herself usurping "Eyeguy"'s second-in-command, his twisted and cruel economic manager. "Eyeguy" offered the psychotic woman the position in exchange for his own life. She took it.
Under Teis' management, Under the Tower phased out its deplorable markets, cleaned up its reputation, and became a much more friendly face in the local community. Profits rose as even normal citizens visited the club every once in a while, many of them going on to become addicted to the goods the club offered. This didn't mean it was a completely clean place from crime, it simply meant that it hid its ties to the underworld much better.
Tez Rullup, a previous grunt for the more immoral Under the Tower of yesteryear, he climbed the ladder to become the third-in-command.
Clara Kalstein, the infamous Stemrail raider known as the "Red Rabbit", would come to fall under Teis' employment.
